aunathorised debit order no customer service

I was debited aunathorised from fnb,after going to the fnb branch to get help I was told I need to call the call centre to get help which turned out to be the worst nightmare ever by being transferred to all sorts of different departments,i put up the horrible experience and was informed that the matter will be dealt with,all that ever happened was the call centre tried calling me which came as two miscalls and an email from consumer service recovery
