August income payment failures

Critical system failures at FNB resulted in multiple clients not receiving their August income. Payments have been delayed from 23 August to 27 August (maybe?). This has caused inconvenience and loss of interest earned from such income. FNB has not apologised for its system failures nor proposed any form of compensation for the inconvenience and loss of interest associated with its income payment failures.
