30 Apr 2025, 11:09FNB Nkomo Mall.please do something,the branch is busy but has only 4 consultants,no privacy when u use their phone to call customer service,which affect the staff efficiency,please have booth for customer to consult with online,as we end up giving our personal details where everyone is listening and it's not safe
