Attitude from the consultant

Poor service that I received at FNB Pietermaritzburg. Corner of Commercial and Boom street branch. I came in to open an account for my son (7yrs of age) on the 15/05/2025 around about 9-10am. The consultant in counter no 8 attended to me. What an unprofessional consultant, the attitude!!! Produced the documents as required, heyyy... Hmmm. She asked for proof aof address and I said I've got a bank statement somewhere in my file. She answers or while you at it let me go my car and fetch a jersey, indeed up she went. Came back we continue,then she asked for the birth certificate of the child, while i was completing one of the forms I reached out for the immunization card and the lady uttered 'don't even look at that document, you might end up writing the wrong things' I explained that that document has a duplicate of the info as well. Mind you i was double checking my sons ID number. Was unable to open that account, she kept on logging in and out ,asked me to login to my app. Basically I couldn't open that account. I asked what can I do then,should I come back later? She said to come back tomorrow.....wow.....

Im still at shock..what a stinking attitude, really felt like I was in irritation. I didn't enquire about other services I wanted to because wow... Didn't even get her name,if she even had a name tag..mncccc
