Attention FNB credit card department

I have been struggling to get a paid up letter of an FNB credit card that I paid in full and closed in December 2019,the account still appears as active on my credit score and it is frustrating cause it affect my credit score.....I have been trying to contact FNB credit cards department via email but with no response
