Attempt of ***** through Banking app

On the 27th August 2017 (18:22:46) I received an sms from fnb: "you are about to link the app to your banking profile with full access to your account OTP .... " I called the ***** hotline and cancelled my card. On the 30th Aug I went to my local fnb branch to find out what information I had to change to stop this from happening, and to activate everything again. In the branch there was not a single person that could help me, thus once again I was to call the ***** hotline from ..... yes you guessed it ...... from within the BRANCH!!!!! This kind person on the other side of the conversation told me that to activate a fnb app you would need the information on the physical card, and to link it to my account the person would need to go on my online banking to link it, thus I asked the person: thus not only does the ******** have my card information but also my online banking information? ... the person did not agree with the information that she just gave me and in the end could give me no indication how this happened and what had to be done to prevent it from happening again. Frustrated I ended the call, and as I was already in the bank (how convenient) I asked them what could be done ? They advised me that my card was canceled (27th Aug as above mentioned) and thus receiving a new card would insure my account safety. I got a new card at the price of a half hour call to your ***** department and half a day spent in the branch .... in fnb terms "free". Well well that was the 30th of Aug, guess the problem is resolved ..... right ? Nope, today is the 3rd of September, and guess what I got from fnb this morning ....... an sms from fnb (at 07:20) : "you are about to link the app to your banking profile with full access to your account OTP .... " So a week later and still the problem remains, some ******* is playing the FNB OTP lotto again and the prize is whatever is in my account .... but with a small twist, for you see the actual lotto is R10 and a 1 in a 400 million chance, my account you can play for free and the odds ? 1 in 10,000. Went to the bank this morning, by the way thanks for that fnb open on a Sunday, and to no shock no one in the bank can help me, what can they do ? They can call the ***** department for me and hand the phone over to me .......... Great Service ....... , once again ,like a fatal fnb joke that reruns every Sunday, the kind person on the other end can do NOTHING but cancel my card and advice me to put my life on hold, and return to the bank to activate everything again ! Now fnb this is week nr2 again another whole day will be offered to the fnb gods and again I will be at their mercy begging and receiving nothing, just for this whole process to follow again I assume the next Sunday ?

FNB time is the only thing a human has that he can NEVER regain, so please I am begging you again to stop wasting mine. Please find a solution to this insurmountable problem before the public finds out how *********** you really are, and how much they are are at risk at fnb. Never have I felt this helpless after repeated visits to a fnb branch, no solution, no help, no information and worst of all no end to this problem!
