Attempt 4 for some answers on a credit life application

Two emails and one hello peter later and still no feedback from FNB? I submitted documents for review, two reference numbers 439142Q and ***Q - someone called me but I was in a meeting and requested to please call me back. No call came. I then contacted through Hello Peter - *** Still no feedback.

Please can I have an update on my application?
