ATT: FNB CEO YOUR CREDIT CARD DIVIDION SUCKS!!!

I tried increasing my credit card limit and filled in the paperwork. My wife signed it as well. I was told in 24hrs it would be done. It's been more than 24 hrs and today when I follow up I'm told my wife didn't sign. Her signature is on the documents. It's 4 days to do a simple thing. I always have problems with fnb. This is absolutely pathetic service. Can ur credit department not read properly???? I want this sorted today or I'm moving my business elsewhere. The private banker I deal with is NEVER available when I call. What kind of service is this????
