Atrocious Service - Unable to reach them

Service Levels at this bank have been tanking. First, you make it impossible to reverse incorrect debit orders, leaving us vulnerable to the many questionable call centres operated by South African businesses.

Now you incorrectly debit a paid-off loan account and fail to refund me within the 5 business days as required. I call your call centre to enquire and your phones are not working? Do you just hate customers what is going on there? I'm exasperated..
