ATROCIOUS SERVICE DELIVERY

I write this complaint with utter disgust! A business bond loan application completed in January 2022 still pending!???!! There has been no consistency in this application, FNB agents from the various departments are either *********** or indolent! On a daily basis we receive calls from various banks with offerings because the sales are so poor, yet we are 8 months since the initial application and no priority placed on our application! Credit department awaits an ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE for a building that is NOT complete hence the application for the loan! We either dealing with retards or individuals that refuse to understand! Emails between FNB employees which were sent to us in error actually find out complaints hilarious. DO NOT BANK AT FNB!! They cannot and are unable to deliver on their service standards!
