Atrocious Service

How can we help you? What a slogan for a bank that doesn't care at all about the clients. I have been with this bank for over 15 years. I need them the most now because of Covid times but they taking money from me rather than helping me. Trying to call them is so frustrating and they are so unhelpful. I have an Easy account with them and they taking of fees on top of the monthly account fees. I definitely will not recommend them to anyone else. I want to close my account them.
