Atrocious Service - 10month ongoing issue

Most terrible and frustrating service from Fnb Randburg, Randburg Square and back-office. Have an issue which is ongoing for almost a year because of Investment Account that has not been in use for 5yrs plus. Investment account kept debiting against Chq Acc and resulted in Chq Acc subsequently not getting closed although it was not in use and overdrawn. Going back and forth and still no resolution and Im being inconvenienced. How can people be so blase about client financial issues brought about by short comings in the banks own processes and system. This takes the cup and surpasses previous bad experience where I got de*****ed because employee couldn't care to advise about checking bank details at ATM before paying. A simple 2min exercise in that instance resulted in a R9k loss for me but do you think the bank staff would care!

I think I'm gatvol with this bank and it's employees after the numerous issues I've experienced over the years.
