Atrocious customer service for FNB Paypal enquiries

I've been unable to withdraw money from my Paypal account in the last week. I have been in contact with their customer services team that deal with paypal enquiries specifically and they keep telling me they will get back to me in 24 hours but I haven't had ONE response yet!

I'm relying on this money to keep afloat this month so I'm feeling incredibly disappointed and under supported by FNB!
