Atrocious customer service

Absolutely ********** customer service. FICA documents submitted yet account is still on hold. Call centre agents have no clue how to assist and transfer the customer from one department to the next. Navin at FNB Cornubia wasn’t even bothered to listen to what I had to say and walked away whilst I was in mid sentence.😡 FNB you have lost a customer.
