Atrocious customer service.

I am disappointed with the lack of commitment to customer excellence in my recent experience with FNB solar finance. Despite applying for financing, I received no guidance or support throughout the process. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls to my private banker/loan consultant, I have not received any response and my calls go straight to voicemail.
