Atrocious and unreasonable Requests

The Saga Continues. This is the reply from my latest complaint.

Good day,

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please be advised that all your comments have been noted.

Kindly be advised that your comments have been escalated to the relevant managers to address this matter urgently. Please provide the necesary time for them to investigate and provide you with detailed feedback and a solution to the matter.

The request for time to investigate is unreasonable. FNB has had 5 weeks to investigate. On top of which how will you investigate without having my side of the story. Still shockingly poor service. Do you not understand how far a simple phone call would go? How it would make a customer feel heard. Instead you hide behind generic responses and requests for more time? You have had 5 weeks to sort this out. Why should i give another second.

Again i request that someone PHONES me today. You messed up by giving me the worng information regarding ebucks, connect and devices. Now you are messing up in an even bigger way by refusing to acknowledge me properly. Your feable attempts to appease me trivialise my horrible experience i have had with FNB this year.

Please, please, please could someone just phone me TODAY to get this matter sorted. I am sick and tired of the run around. Worst service i have ever experienced.

Good day archer25,

Please accept our apologies for the disappointing experience and the unnecessary concern caused.

Thank you for taking my call earlier, as discussed we're already liaising with our Department heads to get this sorted out ASAP and will be in touch as soon as the necessary arrangements have been made.

Kind regards
