ATM's always empty.

ATM's are ALWAYS out of money. My normal ATM is at Spar Centre, Menlo Park. That ATM NEVER has money. When you drive to other ATM's in the area, they also do not have money. The FNB ATM's only take up space. They do not serve any purpose.
