ATM WITHDRWAL DISPUTE

I made a withdrawal at Capitec ATM last week, and the ATM didn't get my money and went to the branch to do the dispute, and I was given a reference and I did the follow up and was told my money will be reversed back but till today I'm still waiting for my money and I cannot wait anymore as I need my money because I need to pay my rent and but my basics and I have been waiting and tired of waiting.i just need my money
