ATM Withdrawal Issues at Palm Springs Mall Branch

On the 26th Aug 2019, I went to a local mall ATM to withdraw cash firstly inserted my standard bank card on the ATM, The Standard Bankcard is a cheque account, FNB ATM is located at Palm Springs Mall, Stretford.

The ATM accepted the withdrawal but on the slip, it gave technical error message which resulted in money leaving the account but the ATM not processing the cash instead of an "OUT OF SERVICE" message immediately on the ATM.

This is a frustration matter since the ATM usually also upon trying to get eWallet funds the money doesn't come out, this is ***** the ATM is constantly being serviced but nothing better comes out of this,

FNB you need to fix the issue with your ATM's I have consulted my bank Standard bank regarding the matter they confirmed that the issue was being investigated on your ATM hence your ATM collectors need to balance the funds on your ATM machine,

I do not recommend any non-FNB customers using FNB ATM's too much risk involved, even with cards like SASSA Grant cards getting swallowed by your ********** ATM's or Technically impaired systems.

Today you can go to an ATM to get your cash and get a slip but instead of the ATM giving you money it *****s money from unsuspecting customers when banks follow up such issues they seem to be helpful, there are so many issues with the banking systems, ATM's in shopping malls are not safe at all, if you bet your cash against FNB you stand to lose everything you worked so hard for, why struggle with technical issues from the bank, is there no one who tests these systems? FNB is a professional bank but their ATM machines at Palm Springs Mall are nothing but trouble if you drive over there stay wary of inserting your bank cards over there, you might lose more than you know, on our issue we still await a response from the commercial banks, no excuse shall be accepted from this hence technical errors are not customer problems, customers need their cash for their needs, tested software is a must before site deployment? what is happening is very painful. ATM Branch Palm Springs Mall is a greater risk.
