ATM Withdrawal Fee should not have been charged.

My dad, a 70 year old pensioner, changed his FNB Islamic Gold Account to an FNB Encore Gold Account on Wednesday, 29th August 2018, due to the reduction in his monthly fees from R105 to R40. The change over was processed successfully on the morning (9am) on the date reflected earlier. 2 hours thereafter (11am), he made an ATM withdrawal, for which he was charged R57 (ie. R1,90 x 30), which would've been acceptable had he not changed his account that morning, as he has withdrawn more than the free ATM withdrawal allowance on the FNB Islamic Gold Account in August. Surely, this ATM withdrawal after the change of account should be processed against the fee structure of the Encore Gold Account (ie. 4 free ATM withdrawals per month up to a total of R5,000 )? Please can this be looked into?
