ATM Victim

On 25/02/2016 I tried to withdraw money at a FNB ATM. An unknown male approached me, told him to leave me alone. I received a sms saying that I must use another ATM. The unknown male tried to tell me what to to do, once more I told him to leave me alone upon which he turned and left. While I was trying to cancel the transaction and get my card I received a sms saying R3 000 was withdrawn from my account. I thought my card was still in the machine, tried to cancel again. I felt unsafe at the atm & procedeed to my place of work, I phoned to cancel my card (I was in shock when I realised my card was ******) My card was cancelled at 06:47. At that exact moment the person purchased a further R542.05 on my card. I filled in the forms and kept in touch with the bank. On 03/02/16 I received a sms stating it was finalised. I phoned the call centre and was rudely inform by the consultant that under no circumstances will they reimburse the money. The letter from FNB stated I was reckless with my pin and that my card was cancelled after the transactions took place. They do acknowledge that my card was ******!?! The atm was unsafe, they must have footage but they make me feel like the ********!
