Atm swallowed my deposit!
I went to the atm at 9:30pm in ****arney mall. I wanted to make a deposit into my account. I could not use my card as it was cloned and in the process of receiving a new one.
I went to the atm, put in my account number, reference, name surname and cell number. It asked for the cash and I put it in.
While it was processing it all of a sudden said deposit cancelled and the atm took my money and only gave me a slip showing me that it was unnecessary and only showed 1/4 of the amount that I actually deposited!!
I don’t know what to do! Please assist!

02 Aug 2019, 12:38Now because of this issue, all my debit orders have bounced due to insufficient funds and now I’m being penalized R100 for each debit order! This is absolutely unfair because if the atm had not swallowed the money, it would have reflected IMMEDIATELY! Because I deposited from an FNB atm DIRECTLY into my FNB bank account! That money needs to be reversed as this is unacceptable!
