ATM SWALLOWED CASH

I made a deposit on 19/11/2010 at 17:51 at the FNB ATM in Midlands. The machine gave me a slip stating the payment was unsuccessful and didn’t return my money. The next morning I visited the same branch where I was told to fill in a form. I was informed that the money would be deposited within the next 3-5 working days. A reference number was sent to me shortly after but after waiting a week, I have still not received my money. I visited the branch again to follow up on my query and was told that there have been many people with similar queries and complaints. This is absolutely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. PLEASE HELP!
