ATM stop working while depositing cash.

I deposit cash at ATM in Louis Trichardt. After the ATM took the cash it say deposit unsuccessful but kept the cash. No receipt because the ATM is out of paper. At the FNB branch they service is poor and manager is not at the branch!! After a ask for the managers number, a phone her. She explain that there is nothing she can do and I have to wait for head office to sort it out.As from today it is the 3RD day my chickens is without food and the just don't care!! I wonder if I can deposit my dead chickens there!
