ATM STATEMENT FUSION ACCOUNT

I have an FNB Gold Fusion account and for some reason I cant draw a statement at the ATM. which is hindering my home loan application.

this is so frustrating because no one at branch has a valid explanation as to why this is.....

Ive been an FNB client for more than 8 years, if this continues i will have to close all my accounts with them.
