ATM REFUND KEEPS BEING DELAYED!!!

I have been sent from pillar to post about an Atm deposit that got "swallowed" filled in the request form was told it will be done on Monday. Tuesday received sms that it will reflect in 24hrs till today nothing. Went to the branch yesterday was told 6pm still nothing. Your call center doesn't help , emailed disputes department no response. I'm travelling I can't buy tickets im basically stuck with no money in my account. I have bills and suppliers to pay the whole week keep being told 6pm. Today is a Saturday obviously I have to wait till Monday which I AM NOT willing to do I need the money in my account today. Someone get in touch and work this issues OUT TODAY!!! I can't risk missing out on business meetings or is someone going to make up for THAT loss.
