ATM QUERY

On the 29 July 2016,I had a problem with one of FNB ATM's in Kemton Square ,I went to the nearest branch (the one in West Street) to report the incident, well someone (from the branch) helped me with logging the query in their ATM(the brantch's),I was told to expect a call within 24 to 48 hours but that didn't happen. I called the call centre to ask how the ask how the process goes, they told me they had to balance the ATM which takes 7days. After that 7days,I gave them a call,to my surprise the query did not go through,I had to go over the process again (filling the form) the query was re-logged on Friday the 12th August. I did a follow up on Tuesday the 16th,I was told it takes 7days (which made no sense to me,because logic says they have balanced the machine and it is in their records already,it is a matter of going back to the records).

As if that is not enough, someone is calling me from the ATM's deepartment in Pretoria, maybe 4 times,I can hear them but it seems like they don't hear me. I called back with the land line, left my number and the alternative number as well. They calling me after an hour or in the same number that we got cut on.
