ATM PROBLEM
Can FNB pay my money back immediately. On Monday 12 August at 9 in the morning, I made a deposit at an ATM and the ATM retained my cash and gave me a slip that says "Deposit Unsuccessful" I have been to the branch 3 times already and have NOT received my funds back after being promised a resolution within 24-48hours. So what the hell must happen before I am refunded? I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATLY.

15 Aug 2019, 14:35This is absolutely unacceptable, especially since the branch staff made false promises that the query would be resolved in 24 hours. That money was meant to be used for a VERY urgent matter. What must happen now? I just want my money.
