ATM PAYS SHORT
I WITHDREW R3000 FROM ATM ***6 AT THE N1 CITY BRANCH AT 09H41 ON DAY 26/8/15 AND ONLY RECEIVE R2700 THAT BEING 13XR200 AND 2XR50 NOTES .IS THIS LEGAL THAT THE BANK JUST PAY YOU SHORT AND THEN THEY DO NOT PAY YOUR MONEY BACK???
