ATM out of service while counting money
On the 25th of Oct I did an ATM deposit at the cresta mall fnb. After inserting the money I wanted to send the ATM stopped working. It reported Out Of Service! then I got a receipt which I later took to the branch on Friday the 27th for refund. One of the service ladies told me I'd receive the money back on Monday, Till now, nothing has been refunded. this is seriously inconveniencing me. I am not happy at all. First of all how does an ATM break down at a critical point like that? If it has an issue it should rather not be working at all. Still waiting!
