ATM out of order = Saswitch fees!

On the 25th I had an early morning meeting at the Lynnwood Bridge shopping centre. I went to the FNB ATM at the Glenfair Centre across the road because I needed cash for parking. The ATM was out of order and the shops were still closed, which resulted in me having to draw money from an Absa ATM and I will therefore have to pay saswitch fees.

This ATM at Glenfair is often out of order (I work in the centre) and last month I had to draw cash at a Standard bank ATM at Faerie Glen because the FNB one was out of order.

I find it ridiculous that I have to pay huge saswitch fees because your ATM's are constantly not working.
I have been a loyal customer of FNB since I was 16 and we have all of our accounts with FNB. I expect that the latest saswitch fee be reversed as it is your lack of maintenance that is at fault here.
