ATM not stocked with envelopes

There is never envelopes available in the ATM in Vredendal this is so frustrating I will be changing banks in the near future!!!!!! They encourage you to use the ATM and on line banking but its useless!!!!! once you have run through every step on the ATM it gives you the option to deposit your money and there you stand NO ENVELOPE like a IDIOT!!!
