ATM must be operating at all times.We understand that one or two might malfunction sometimes ,Not 6/8 and every weekend.ATMs are the mist convenient place to bank.

I was in Thohoyandou over the weekend ,June 2019 month end .One ATM out of +- Five wss working at Thavhani Mall,Three out of +- Eight working at Mvusuludzo and Two out of +- Nine at the main Branch opposite Old VBS.This is frustrating as I had to use other bank ATM to deposit then transfer to FNB .Worst part is that locals says it happen often. Why must the bank penalize their clients for using other banks ATM if their ATM's are not operating when needed most ? This is serious
