ATM machine forever not working
I don't understand why fnb decided to have a branch at Cosmo Mall??? They have only 2 ATM machines that are forever out of order ...it' takes more than 24 hrs to get them fixed..... FNB decided to do away with tellers but can't offer us more and working ATM machines.....I feel sorry for the staff as we take out our frustration on them...we stand on long ques for hours n then only one machine is working if we lucky......pls FNB it's iether you close that branch or give us service....
