ATM Jamming Not Returning Money deposited.

I went to the FNB ATM at Emperor's Palace this morning to deposit R30 000, the ATM can only deposit 10 000 at a time and one note was rejected and it gave the option to confirm deposit for R9900 or to retry the note rejected as well, when I pressed the later the ATM said cancelling deposit but I didn't receive my money back...I processed to deposit the rest of the money except for 2 notes that were rejected but the 100 R100 notes were not returned, I spoke to a banker who was of no assistance and will have to contact the ombudsman as nobody is willing to assist me.
