ATM failing to deposit cash into my ACCOUNT

So when their branch ATM decides to malfunction and not deposit my cash into my account. I am told to complete a form and wait tomorrow?

what happens to all the needs I have for this cash? Today???

This is honestly inconveniencing and unacceptable
