ATM doesn't accept new bank notes
My mom went to FNB ATM at Mount Fletcher branch today to deposit R300. Their ATM teared my mother's money apart because apparently the ATM does not take the new money. How so, and why didn't they write a notice to notified the clients that their ATM does not take the new money. The branch in Mount Fletcher informed her to go to Matatiele branch to get a refund of her money. That is so not right it's almost R200 a return from Matatiele and my mother does have that kind of money. Please fix the mount Fletcher branch to stop playing games with our parents we want that money please and write a notice that your ATMs doesn't accept the new money!!!
