Atm dispute not resolve no update

Very disappoint in your service, too slow to resolve queries and no feedback what so ever. We made an Atm deposit for rent n money got stuck. Lodged a case Monday till today we have no feedback no update, landlord hasn't revived her money and it's way passed month end. They can't even give us proof of the case to show the land Lord, we look like we are lying her. Never again will I use this service
