Atm dispute for 2 weeks

Ive been trying for 2 weeks to rectify an atm query. The atm dispensed an incorrect amount. Ive been to the branch, who has advised that it will be resolved within 48 hours. Ive been in to the same branch a week ago and still no result. Im speaking to the bankers on the app that take 10 minutes inbetween responses and just tell me to go to the branch. Ive spoken to the branch, the jeeps saying they will follow up. Nothing gets done. I am getting seriously frustrated right now
