ATM dispute

On the 4th of December I sent my nephew to sent my nephew to go deposit R1450 into my account only R1250 was deposited. They then assisted in getting lodging an ATM dispute. I then got a notification notifying Me the matter was to going handled and I'll be Called for further assistance. That never happened. I had to call and also filled a form lodging the ATM dispute. Sent them email. It is 28th of December 2024 exactly 3 weeks later and I haven't received my money or any feedback from FNB
