ATM DISPUTE

i went to greenstone mall to deposit money into my account so i can transfer payment on 5th which was a Saturday, i put in R7600 while depositing outside the ATM AND the machine got stuck with my money. i went to the branch sunday as it was close. one of they employee told me they can't help me today since the teller are not working. on Monday i went told the lady what happened she gave me a form to fill , the lady doesn't even work at the teller section but she assisted me. she told me i will get the money today late or tomorrow in the morning. its Wednesday today still haven't received my money. i need to pay things now i will have to be charged late fees because of FNB . can i please have my money.
