ATM dispute and poor service

On the 29 March 2017 I attempted to withdraw an amount of R1000.00 from an ATM at work. The ATM only gave me R200.00 instead of R1000.00-therefore, I lost R800.00 in the process. I reported this immediately by calling the FNB customer call centre (which btw only opens at 8 am and there is no alternative numbers to call-pathetic!!!) The agent blatantly told me that they do not deal with ATM queries and that I must go to a branch. I explained that I am not able to go to a branch immediately and that this withdrawal did not happen at a branch ATM but it was a portable ATM and that I need help. They proceeded to say they cannot help me. I then contacted the Premier helpline(I am a premier client, which actually means nothing to FNB) they proceeded to send me the neccessary documentation required to lodge a complaint. I did so immediately and sent through all the required information to the email address provided on the form. I was told that this would take 5 workng days to be resolved and that I should check my account after that time frame. The reference for this is [REF: ********** 9_ ********** 52]. After 7 working days I did not hear anything from FNB so I contacted the premier contact centre again, they said that my request was not attended to and they have escalated it and I will recieve feedback within 24 hours my reference number for this is ********** this call took place on 10 April 2017 which I believe was ample time to handle my query. I followed the proper instructions provided to me yet I received no help. Then the following day I receive an email from this department where I sent the dispute form to and they simply say I must go to a branch because they cannot help me!!!!!!! I DO NOT understand this statement BECAUSE i sent the forms that were sent to me by FNB to the email adress provided??? Why are they coming back to me 2 weeks later saying that they no going to help me? I want this resolved IMMEDIATELY, do not tell me to go to a branch because if I do, the only thing I am going to do there is close this pathetic excuse of a bank account and take my business elsewhere. This is not the first time that I have recieved this terrible and pathetic service from FNB. I am beyond frustrated. I do not want to hear excuses/explanations I want a resolution NOW!!!!!!
