ATM DISPUTE

Fnb service is ridiculous. I deposited money into one of their ATMs into my personal account with them and then the machine jams. I was asked to fill in a claim form and was told it takes 3 to 5 days to clear which is ridiculous to have to wait for that amount of time for your own money and since banking with them you would think it would be done almost immediately. Furthermore when I try to contact the branch I could not get a hold of them and when I contacted the call centre apparently the branch does not take calls and my call was transferred to several other people.
