Atm dispute

Good day last week Thursday I withdraw R1800 from an Nedbank Atm using my FNB card the transaction did an error I never got the money the machine only gave back my card no money at all the around 12pm Ive gone to the bank to open an Atm dispute case since they told me to wait 5days till now no contact no message from the bank I really need that money my landlord is furious
