ATM Dispute

On the 27the of Jan 2016 my wife tried to draw R3000 from the fnb Atm in alberton. The atm only had R2500 and that was given.

She walked to the Absa express atm where she tried to draw the remaining R500 and the atm gave her a slip stating that the transaction could not be processed, but the money went off my account.

I phoned fnb and they said that i should go to the nearest branch. At new market the branch manager helped me to fill in the WRONG dispute form (I found out a month later).

That was fixed at the menlyn branch but with no feedback or money paid back into my account and its another month later!!!!

Surely I am not the 1st customer that this has happened to? Does anyone at FNB know how to deal with this problem because not even the branch manager does??

I have laid complaints, threaten to close my account but to no effect. It has been almost 2 months now can i please just have my money back??
