ATM Dispute

On or about 3 April 2015, I lodged an ATM dispute at the Jeffrey's Bay FNB branch for what I believed was a shortfall in a withdrawal from the FNB ATM at SuperSpar in Jeffrey's Bay. The complaint was duly handed but appeared to have been mislaid. Further enquiries about two weeks have also appeared to have fallen on deaf ears as to date, I have yet to get any response from anyone at FNB other than a phone call asking what denominations I received. That call was then cut-off. Despite a number of emails I have no idea whether my complaint has been attended to or what the outcome is.
