ATM Dispute
Its a nightmare to try and phone FNB Braamfontein branch attempted to make a cash deposit into my fnb account at an ATM located at Matrix Wits University.The money is stuck in the machine and the transaction was cancelled.I did an open an ATM dispute and tried to call FNB Braamfontein branch but they dont pick up calls.

31 Oct 2023, 08:54FNB has done nothing to try and resolve my ATM dispute, my deposit of R5000 got stuck in the ATM and the transaction was unsuccessful, i even open a complaint with The reference number is: ***NF. Noone has tried to assist me, FNB Braamfontein do not pick calls.
