ATM Dispenses paper
I fell victim to something I read over the past weekend. I withdreww R3000.00 from an FNB ATM located at BP in Bedfordview. When I went to pay for items purchased, I discovered a slip saying \Counter use only\" and a FNB Cash Centre stamp dated 12 April 2016. I then counted the cash and found out that i was R100 short.

I got home and made a few calls to the Call Centre and then the Security and ***** division. My thinking was that after reading similar stories online over the weekend, it was clear that people packing cash into the ATM are running a **** and money is being ****** while customers are being given pieces of paper instead of money.

My family has banked with FNB like forever, and I was appalled when the Agent (after listening to my story) said this is NOT ***** and anything suspicious, and that I should go to the nearest bank to have my issues resolved. I will be doing that, however I am so disappointed by FNB as I am the one going around telling friends and family about how technologically advanced and progressive the bank is.

However they dont think that giving customers paper is anything to worry about. Lets hope someone from FNB acts on preventing this in future"
