ATM didnt dispense cash

<p>withdrew money from the atm on the 1st of october but the atm didnt dispense the cash, but money was taken from my account. the guys from SBV came there and told me the money would be automatically paid back into my account but i have since been waiting. went to the bank and they told me i would have to go to my bank (since i use standard bank), when i went there i was told to go back to fnb because i used their ATM, </p>
