ATM deposit slip reprint

On the 17th of October 2024 I went to FNB Westville branch spoke to Nothile Mjwara requested for atm deposit slip re print.I made cash deposit on the 31 August 24 and there was a reference number error so I had to produce a slip in order for the payment to be allocated.Nothile had since promised to call me back with and update but nothing.On the 19th I went to Pavilion branch was assisted by Indian lady which I did not get her name she lodged a dispute and ref no :***6 and she also promised to get back to me but she didn’t.I have tried FNB call centre to follow up on this request but nobody is willing to assist me.I think I have be patient enough and I’m very angry 😡.I feel undermined and disrespected by this 2 ladies from FNB.You need to assist me because I urgently need this reprint.
